सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं अंकित कुमार पिता राकेश कुमार सिंह उम्र 19 वर्ष झाझा थाना क्षेत्र के सोनपुर गांव का निवासी हूं ।श्रीमान मैंने वर्ष 2020-2021 में मनोहर रजक और उसके परिजनों से चकाई एम सरौन में 10 बीघा ज़मीन विक्रय पत्र के माध्यम से खरीदी थी। इस पर मेरा मालिकाना कब्ज़ा भी है । लेकिन अब मनोहर रजक जमीन पर कार्य नही होने दे रहे है। उन्होंने भूमि पर जाने वाले रास्ते के बीच पोल खड़ा कर दिया । साथ ही बीती रात मनोहर रजक और उसके साथियों ने निर्माणधीन दीवार को गिरा दिया । मौके पर कार्य पर महजूद कर्मचारी अनुज के रोकने पर उसके साथ मार पीट क्या और जन से मरने की धमकी दी।
अत: आपसे निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त मामले की जांच कर जल्द से जल्द दोषी के खिलाफ कारवाई की जाय । इसके लिए हम सपरिवार सदा आपके आभारी रहेंगे।
